Hello everyone and welcome back to Live with Fiona!
Every week, I pick a product and design projects with it and show you how to make them during a Live. This week, I’ll be using the Butterflies and Flowers Masks from the Mini January – June 2022 Catalogue.
In case you’ve never joined me for Live with Fiona, I go live every week, typically Wednesdays at 2:00 pm BST, on my StampingwithFiona Group with the projects. Everyone is welcome to join my Group.
If you are unable to join me live, I will upload the recording here afterwards.
You can shop in my online store here.

- Cut Bermuda Bay card 10 cm x 14.3 cm
- Cut Basic White card 9 cm x 13.8 cm cm,
- Cut a rectangle in Basic White card bigger than the Butterfly Mask and tape down.
- Place Butterfly Mask over the card and tape down.
- Take a Blending Brush and add Coastal Cabana ink, start off the card and gently add ink over the mask. Repeat until you have the depth of colour you require.
- Remove the mask and move it so the detail part is over your inked butterfly.
- Take Bermuda Bay ink and Blending Brush and add the detail. Lift the mask off and you should have a beautiful butterfly. Fussy cut the butterfly.
- Take the top piece of Basic White and tape down the flowers mask starting slightly below the top. Blend from the top down using Coastal Cabana and switch to Bermuda Bay as you get lower down do you get an ombre effect.
- Glue to the Bermuda Bay matt and glue to card base.
- Glue the butterfly at the top of your ombre piece of card using Dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment onto Basic White small rectangle & glue using Dimensionals across the butterfly.
Thank you for joining me! I would love to see what you make using these masks,
Thanks for watching,
Fiona. x
